 Job Purpose

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Key tasks will include managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), creating and capturing content, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting with basic data analysis to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Additionally, the role holder will assist with website updates, social media management, content creation, and coordination of marketing strategies and brand activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms, especially social media.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Assist in creating and capturing content for marketing materials, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Coordinate and schedule digital marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to support cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on metrics like social media engagement and website traffic.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities in the digital space to inform marketing decisions.
  • Assist in coordinating in-store activations and branding in line with key outlet strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of market research techniques and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
