CARE AND NEED TO KNOW
When washing your Stainless Steel Homeware by hand:
• Use a dry microfibre cloth, (dampened for more stubborn marks) and dried immediately after cleaning.
• To remove persistent marks, clean with a proprietary stainless steel cream cleaner (we recommend Bar Keepers Friend) using a microfibre cloth.
• Always avoid scouring with pads or abrasive cleaners as this will scratch the surface.
• To restore your stainless steel finish, we recommend using a dry microfibre cloth.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We require a picture of the damaged item to be emailed to us at email@example.com for our review. For products damaged during delivery, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with the courier service. Once we receive the package in our office, we will assess it and give feedback within 48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
