CARE AND USE
Denby China has all the elegance of china with all the long-lasting toughness of Denby. It's elegant and refined but also tough, useable and chip- resistant.
Dishwasher - whilst Denby tableware is safe to use in a dishwasher, constant dishwashing may result in discolouration of product over time. We recommend using low temperatures and liquid detergents; Microwave - for cooking and reheating food. Please note: Using microwaves as a means of warming empty dinnerware can cause damage to both your dinnerware and microwave and is therefore not recommended; Freezer - for storing food; Oven & Microwave – for cooking and reheating food, oven safe to 250°
All pottery and china can crack if exposed to sudden changes in temperature, no matter how strong it is, so please don't take items from the freezer and put them straight into the oven or microwave. Please do not expose to direct heat sources such as the hob or grill.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We require a picture of the damaged item to be emailed to us at email@example.com for our review. For products damaged during delivery, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with the courier service. Once we receive the package in our office, we will assess it and give feedback within 48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
